Q: How will my goods be delivered to me?

A: Any small items ordered will be posted directly from the U.K to you via Royal Mail or a reputable courier company. All larger items will be couriered directly to you via  our colleagues in South Africa.

Q: What if my goods are damaged on delivery or not to my satisfaction?

A: If for any reason your goods are in anyway damaged when delivered to you or not to your personal satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace your goods, and recover the damaged items from you. We regard our customer satisfaction very highly.

Q: Are all the shoes made entirely of leather?

A: All our shoe uppers are made of leather. While most of our insoles and linings are also in leather. On some selected styles we use fibreboard insoles (with a foam footbed) and fabric lining. Soles are of various rubber compounds

Q: What is the South African equivalent to English, European and Usa shoe sizes?

A: The sizes shown on our website are equivalent to English sizes. Although there is no absolute equivalence between standards, the following table can be used as a conversion guide:
